Capitalised terms that are not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Our roles: controller and processor

  1. For data we process for our own purposes — such as managing Organiser accounts, operating and securing the Platform, and complying with the law — Tikitly acts as the controller.

  2. For personal data of ticket buyers ("Users") that we process on behalf of and under the instructions of an Organiser, Tikitly acts as a processor, and the Organiser is the controller. This is governed by the data-processing terms in our Terms & Conditions.
